Your Integrator / Coach
When I became an Integrator, it was an awakening for me. It is a tough job that completely energizes me. It is truly in my DNA. I love helping people solve tough problems, pushing through discomfort and having tough conversations. I love sharing my ideas and bringing them to fruition to simply how things are bind done, I love using data to help identify trends and be objective in decision making. I love improving team health increasing productivity and happiness in the work place. I love setting goals and keeping teams on track. I love coaching managers and Leadership Teams to get them to recognize their top priority (LMA). I love holding people accountable. I love being an Integrator/Coach!
I have worked in many industries and in organizations of varying size. I have always worked with small business either as an employee or as vendors/subcontractors. I love leveraging my experience from prior jobs to help companies leap frog over hurdles.
My husband and I live in Loudoun County, Virginia and have three children. I am a proud alumna of The University of Virginia, though I did marry a graduate of our state rival, Virginia Tech. We are a house divided! Our oldest child now attends Virginia Tech and I am thrilled. In my spare time I am often attending sporting events of my kids or volunteering my time to have an impact on the community.
